About access to the event
Please make sure to allow time for traffic, parking, and entrance delays.
Please plan to arrive so that we can begin scanning your tickets for admission 5-10 minutes prior to your admission time. Tickets purchased on-site are subject to availability and we strongly suggest purchasing tickets online in advance.
Late entrance will be subject to availability.
We’re proud to be fully accessible for guests with many different disabilities and neurodiversity, and we strive to make everyone feel welcome and comfortable by offering a free Carer ticket for customers with accessible needs.
Guests requiring assistance throughout this experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their personal assistant/support worker. Please contact Fever here with proof of needing a Carer ticket.
Once this is received, Fever will provide you with a code of a voucher that you can use to purchase your free Carer ticket.
Please keep in mind that you will be required to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each Carer ticket will need to be purchased with at least one other full price ticket.
Here are a few documents that Fever accepts:
– Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility.
– Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP).
– Evidence of being severely sight impaired.
– CredAbility Access Card – +1 category requirement.
– A recognised Assistance Dog ID Card.
If tickets are purchased on-site at the box office, please simply show proof of needing a Carer ticket at the entrance with your documentation, and the Carer will be allowed in for free.
We offer full transcripts, large-print guides, and devices that stream directly to hearing aids.
The Smartify app also adapts automatically for accessibility needs, making the experience fully enjoyable without audio.
At present we are unable to offer touch tours or braille guides.
