Seating
Portable folding chairs are available to borrow from opposite the Box Office desk.

Wheelchairs
We have two wheelchairs currently available for visitors to borrow. You can reserve one by emailing londonboxoffice@neonglobal.com, or requesting it upon arrival at the Box Office.

Assistance Dogs
Guide dogs, hearing dogs, and officially registered assistance dogs are warmly welcome. Staff can provide a bowl of water upon request.

Lift Access
Our passenger lift provides step-free access to the first floor, where the exhibition is located (Max capacity: 13 people).

Parking
Parking is available near the venue. Free parking for Blue Badge holders is available.

Toilets & Changing Places Toilet
An accessible toilet, a dedicated Changing Places Toilet facility, and baby changing facilities are all available on the ground floor.

Large Print
Exhibition interpretation panels and artwork labels are available in large print format. Please ask to borrow a large print guide from the Box Office.

Audio Description
Visitors can listen to a complete audio guide on their own smartphones by scanning a specific QR code provided at the entrance.

We offer BSL Tours and Relaxed Hour Sessions.

Lost & Found and Bag Policy
• Lost & Found: All lost items are managed at the Box Office Desk.
• Bag Policy: Please note that we do not have a cloakroom facility. We kindly request that visitors avoid bringing large bags or bulky items into the exhibition space.
